During this period, he was responsible for originating, underwriting, and managing loans for middlemarket clients with annual revenues of up to $500 million, spanning diverse industries, including Restaurants, Real Estate, Aerospace, and Consumer Services.

Currently, Marcus serves as the President and CEO at XB Franchise Solutions, delivering comprehensive back-office solutions to multi-unit restaurant proprietors across the United States. XB Franchise Solutions offers a wide array of services, including accounting, payroll, and IT support, and is entrusted by over 700 Quick Service Restaurants.
